KPI

OKR
A goal-setting framework used by teams to define measurable goals and track their outcomes. It pairs an Objective with measurable Key Results to track progress.
SWOT
A strategic planning tool used to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. It separates internal factors from external ones.
PESTEL
A strategic framework used to analyze the external environmental factors that impact a business. It scans six macro-environmental factors that affect strategy.
Porter's Five Forces
A framework that analyzes five competitive forces to determine the attractiveness and profitability of an industry. It maps industry weaknesses and strengths.
Leading Indicator
A predictive metric that points to future outcomes and performance trends. It changes before the business process follows a trend, allowing early action.
Lagging Indicator
A metric that measures past performance and confirms long-term trends. It changes after the economy or business has already shifted, confirming outcomes.
