After finishing my cosmetology course I had no idea how to open a business. Since I reached out to Mobius, everything changed. We built an organized plan with clear steps. Today I see results and grow every single month.

When I finished my massage course I imagined a different world. The field was harder than expected. When I came to Mobius, something changed. We built a business plan together. Without Mobius I probably would have given up. Today I believe in myself.

I don't know how to create a solid business plan that gets results.
I feel like I'm reacting, not leading, in my business every day.
Every month seems to bring new crises, making it hard to keep my head above water.
I could use a strategic partner who understands the ups and downs of small business.
Comprehensive market analysis, competitive positioning, and tailored business plan creation for clarity and direction.
Regular check-ins to address current challenges, build execution plans, and ensure accountability for progress.
Practical, actionable steps aligned with your goals and tailored to your unique business needs.
Ongoing support from a dedicated consultant who shows up every week to help keep you on track.
Yes. We look at why the plan is not becoming weekly action: unclear priorities, owner overload, weak numbers, or missing accountability. The work converts the plan into a short operating rhythm with three to five tracked outcomes, named owners, due dates, and a small set of leading metrics. Each week becomes a short review on what shipped, what stalled, and what needs to change. Most owners do not need a thicker plan. They need a tighter loop between decisions, execution, and feedback that keeps small problems from becoming structural ones.
Often more useful than at any later stage. In a small business the owner is still the main decision hub, so a single missed call, wrong hire, or unprofitable client can shape the next year. Ongoing accompaniment gives you a steady external partner who reviews the week, flags drift early, and helps choose the next move before it becomes urgent. You do not need a board, a thick strategy document, or expensive infrastructure. You need a regular conversation that turns owner instinct into structured decisions and prevents small issues from hardening into expensive habits.
Bring four things. First, your current numbers: revenue by offer, fixed costs, receivables, and a rough cash position. Second, your main offers and how a customer reaches each one. Third, the two or three decisions you keep postponing, with the reason each is stuck. Fourth, an honest picture of your week, including hours, interruptions, and what only you can do. We use this to separate symptoms from root causes and decide which constraint deserves attention first: sales, pricing, delivery, cash, team, or owner time. The session ends with a single next move, not a wishlist.
