Yes. Paid ads are one channel, often the most expensive one, and rarely the answer when the problem is reach quality, not reach quantity. We map the ways your existing customers actually found you, the way buyers in your category research before deciding, and the spaces where your real audience already gathers. Typical alternatives include partnerships, referral programs, niche content, targeted offline events, repurposed customer stories, and selective outbound. The goal is two or three channels that compound without burning cash, then proving each one with small structured experiments before committing real budget.
Through a short, structured filter. We score each potential partner on four things: audience overlap with your real customer, distribution mechanism that actually reaches that audience, value the partner gets back from the relationship, and effort required to launch and maintain. Most proposed partnerships fail one of these, usually distribution or partner value. We run a 30-day small-scale pilot before any formal commitment, with one or two clear metrics. Strong partnerships compound over time and ask very little once running. Weak ones look exciting in the meeting and quietly burn months of attention with no measurable result.
