1. Commitment to Accessibility

Mobius Business Solutions works to enable people with disabilities to use the website and receive the information and services offered on it in a respectful, equal, convenient and independent manner, as far as possible.

We view accessibility as part of an ongoing process of improving the website and the service.

2. Accessibility Standard

Our goal is to adapt the website to the requirements of the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments), 5773-2013, and to Israeli Standard IS 5568 for web content accessibility at level AA, which is based on the WCAG 2.0 guidelines.

The website is also developed with reference to more recent accessibility principles where possible, but this is not a declaration of full compliance with another standard that has not been tested.

As of the publication of this statement, the website is undergoing continuous testing and improvement, and some components may not be fully accessible.

3. Adjustments Included on the Website

During the development of the website, attention was given, among other things, to the following:

  1. A clear hierarchical heading structure.
  2. Use of semantic HTML elements where possible.
  3. Keyboard navigation of the main components, including menus, forms and buttons.
  4. Marking of required form fields and display of error messages.
  5. High contrast between text and background.
  6. Text resizing through the browser.
  7. An on-site accessibility toolbar offering larger text, an increased-contrast mode and stopping animations.
  8. Adaptation for desktop and mobile devices.
  9. Alternative text for content images, where relevant.
  10. Full support for Hebrew and right-to-left layout.
  11. The option to contact us by email, phone and WhatsApp.

4. Accessibility Testing

As of July 2026, an internal review of the website's main components was performed, covering heading structure, form labeling, basic keyboard navigation and color contrast, in the Google Chrome browser.

An external accessibility audit by a certified party has not yet been performed. We are considering such an audit as part of the ongoing improvement process.

We recommend using up-to-date versions of common browsers and an updated operating system.

5. Known Accessibility Limitations

Despite our efforts, some content or components may not be fully accessible, including:

  1. Certain videos that do not yet have captions, a transcript or audio description.
  2. Components embedded from third-party services, such as the meeting-scheduling system, YouTube, WhatsApp or social networks.
  3. Complex graphic content or certain interactive components.
  4. Translations or new content that has not yet undergone a full accessibility check.

We work to improve accessibility and to provide an accessible alternative when a request is received.

6. Third-Party Services and Components

Some actions on the website are performed through third-party systems whose accessibility we do not fully control.

If you are unable to schedule a meeting through the scheduling system, you can contact us by email or phone and we will help arrange an alternative.

If a video, document or external content is not accessible, you can contact us and request a transcript, an explanation or a reasonable alternative.

7. Alternative Ways to Receive Service

You can receive information, schedule a meeting or request a document in an alternative format through:

8. Reporting an Accessibility Issue

If you found an accessibility problem on the website, we would appreciate receiving the following details where possible:

  1. The address of the page where the problem was found.
  2. A description of the action you tried to perform.
  3. The type of device and browser.
  4. The assistive technology you used.
  5. A screenshot, if possible and if it does not include sensitive information.
