6. Marketing Communications and Direct Marketing

Contacting the Business, submitting a form, scheduling a meeting or participating in an introductory call does not by itself constitute consent to receive advertising.

Each marketing communication will identify the sender and provide a simple and reasonable opt-out method. An opt-out request may also be sent to MobiusBizSol@Gmail.com.

After an opt-out request, we will stop sending marketing communications through the relevant channel. We may retain a limited suppression record to prevent future messages and demonstrate compliance.

Operational communications, including meeting confirmations, schedule changes, invoices and responses to inquiries, are not marketing communications where they are necessary to provide the requested service.

10. External Links and Communication Channels

The Website contains links to external services, including WhatsApp, an external meeting-scheduling system, YouTube and social-media platforms.

When you follow an external link or use an embedded component, the external provider may receive information including your IP address, device details, account details, telephone number or information about the action performed. Use of an external service is also governed by that service's own terms and privacy policy.

  7. Information required for a dispute or legal proceeding: until the matter is resolved and the relevant limitation periods have passed.

At the end of the applicable period, information will be deleted, anonymized or retained in a limited manner where a legal obligation so requires.

13. Data Security

We apply reasonable security measures appropriate to the nature, scope and risks of the information. These measures may include:

  1. Traffic encryption using HTTPS.
  2. Use of established hosting services and providers.
  3. Access permission restrictions.
