This Privacy Policy describes how Mobius Business Solutions (hereinafter "the Operator" or "the Company"), a business operated by Alexander Slutsker (Authorized Dealer, עוסק מורשה), collects, uses, stores and protects personal information gathered through the website mobiusbiz.co.il (hereinafter "the Website"), all in accordance with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, including Amendment 13 (5783-2023), the Privacy Protection Regulations (Data Security), 5777-2017, and any other applicable Israeli law.
Using the Website, including submitting information through the Website's forms, constitutes consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to any of its terms, you are requested not to use the Website and not to submit any information through it.

In the event of a paid engagement between a client and the Operator, the Operator reserves the right to send a digital invoice to the email address you provided. The information required for issuing the invoice will be retained and processed in accordance with legal requirements and with this Privacy Policy, including the retention periods prescribed by tax law.
