Website Terms of Use
Last updated: July 2026
1. General and Identity of the Website Operator
The website mobiusbiz.co.il is operated by Alexander Slutsker, a self-employed business registered in Israel (עוסק מורשה), operating under the trade name "Mobius Business Solutions" (the "Website Operator", the "Business" or "Mobius").
Use of the Website is subject to these Terms. If you do not agree to the Terms, please refrain from using the Website.
These Terms apply to browsing the Website, reading articles and professional glossaries, watching videos, using forms, scheduling meetings and following links to external services.
2. Purpose of the Website
The Website provides general information about the Business and its services, along with articles, professional explanations, glossaries, videos and business tools.
The information on the Website is intended for information, learning and introduction purposes only. It is not necessarily adapted to the circumstances of a specific user and does not constitute a personal professional opinion.
The content of the Website should not be relied upon as the sole basis for a business, legal, accounting, tax, financial, investment, insurance, pension, medical or other decision.
3. Regulated Professional Fields
The Website Operator is a business consultant and does not present himself as a lawyer, accountant, tax adviser, investment adviser, portfolio manager, pension adviser, insurance agent or holder of any other license, unless expressly stated otherwise together with the relevant license details.
Information on legal topics is intended to explain general business and commercial aspects only. It is not legal advice and is not a substitute for review by a licensed Israeli lawyer.
Assistance in understanding a contract from a business perspective may include examining price, scope, timelines, operational responsibility, commercial risks and negotiation positions. Drafting a legal document, providing a legal opinion, representation or deciding a legal question will be performed only by a licensed lawyer under a separate engagement with that lawyer.
Information on budgeting, cash flow, savings or investments is intended to provide general knowledge and help organize your financial situation. It does not include a personal recommendation to buy, sell or hold a security, an investment product, a pension product or an insurance product. For such a recommendation, please consult an appropriately licensed professional.
4. No Professional Engagement Is Created Through the Website
Browsing the Website, submitting a form, sending a message, an initial call or scheduling an introductory meeting do not, by themselves, create an adviser-client relationship, a commitment to provide a service or an obligation of the Business to accept the inquiry.
A professional engagement is created only after:
- Clarification and mutual fit between the parties.
- Express agreement on the service, the price and the terms.
- Signing an agreement or another written confirmation, as applicable.
In the event of a contradiction between these Terms and an individual service agreement signed with a client, the provisions of the individual agreement prevail with respect to the service covered by that agreement.
5. Scheduling Meetings and Contacting Us
Scheduling through the Website or the external scheduling system is subject to availability and confirmation of the time.
The Business may change or cancel a scheduled time due to a constraint, malfunction, emergency or another reasonable cause, while attempting to give notice and coordinate an alternative.
The change or cancellation policy for a paid service will be set out in the service agreement, the order confirmation or a separate document.
A user who wishes to cancel or reschedule a meeting is asked to do so as early as possible through the scheduling link, email or WhatsApp.
Use of the external scheduling system, WhatsApp or another external service is also subject to that provider's terms of service and privacy policy.
6. Information Provided by the User
The user undertakes to provide correct, current and, where possible, complete information.
The following must not be submitted through the general form:
- Passwords or verification codes.
- Payment card details.
- Full bank account details.
- A copy of an identity document.
- Medical information that is not required.
- Confidential documents or trade secrets without prior coordination.
- Personal information about another person without appropriate authorization.
- Unlawful, threatening, offensive or rights-infringing content.
The Business may decline to handle an incomplete, misleading, offensive, suspicious or unlawful inquiry.
7. Confidentiality and Initial Communication
The Business will exercise reasonable care with respect to information provided to it.
However, email, web forms and WhatsApp are not necessarily suitable channels for particularly sensitive information.
Sending an initial inquiry does not create attorney-client privilege, statutory professional privilege or a commitment to representation.
A broader professional confidentiality obligation, where agreed, will apply under a separate service agreement.
8. User Responsibility for Decisions
Business results depend on many factors outside the control of the Business, including market conditions, competition, budget, quality of execution, the user's decisions, employees, suppliers and regulatory changes.
The user is responsible for checking the suitability of the information for their needs, providing accurate data and making final decisions after exercising judgment and obtaining advice from licensed professionals where required.
There is no commitment to income, profit, raising investment, obtaining financing, growth, savings, advertising success or any other business result.
Examples, scenarios, calculations and tools appearing on the Website are based on general assumptions and do not guarantee a result.
9. Articles, Glossaries and Content Currency
The Operator endeavors to publish accurate and useful information but does not undertake that all content will be complete, error-free or current at all times.
Laws, regulation, prices, platforms, software and market conditions may change after content is published.
A publication or update date, where shown, refers to the date of the last review and does not constitute a commitment to continuous updating.
The Website Operator may correct, update, remove or change content without prior notice.
10. Use of Artificial Intelligence
Some of the content, translations, summaries or drafts on the Website may be created or processed with the assistance of artificial-intelligence tools and subsequently reviewed or edited.
Artificial-intelligence tools may make mistakes, omit information or present outdated information. Such content should not be relied upon without independent verification appropriate to the importance of the decision.
11. Intellectual Property
The copyright and intellectual property in the Website, including original texts, structure, design, logo, graphics, tools, questionnaires, tables and trademarks, belong to the Website Operator or to a third party that authorized their use.
Images, videos, logos, trademarks and content of third parties remain the property of their owners.
Website content may be used for personal, private and non-commercial purposes, including saving a link or quoting a short and reasonable excerpt with credit and a link to the source, subject to law.
Without prior written permission it is prohibited to:
- Copy or republish a substantial part of the Website.
- Sell, license or distribute the content.
- Remove credit, a trademark or a rights notice.
- Present content in a manner creating an impression of partnership or endorsement.
- Use the content to train a commercial model or create a commercial database, except to the extent expressly permitted by law.
12. Prohibited Use of the Website
It is prohibited to:
- Use the Website for an unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to break into the Website, servers or accounts.
- Bypass security or access-restriction mechanisms.
- Run malicious code, abnormal load or an attack.
- Collect personal information about other users.
- Perform automated scraping at a scale that harms the Website or contrary to published technical instructions.
- Impersonate another person or business.
- Send spam or automated inquiries.
- Infringe copyright, privacy or other rights.
The Operator may block access or take appropriate action in the event of prohibited use.
13. Links, Embeds and Third-Party Services
The Website may include links, embedded videos, scheduling tools, social networks and external websites.
The Operator does not have full control over the content, availability, security, accessibility or policies of third parties.
A link does not necessarily constitute a recommendation, guarantee, partnership or endorsement.
Use of an external service is at the user's responsibility and subject to its terms.
14. Testimonials, Client Stories and Results
Testimonials and client stories reflect the personal experience of the people presenting them and do not guarantee that another user will achieve a similar result.
Results may have been affected by circumstances, budget, experience, time invested, market conditions and other factors.
Where consideration, a discount or an incentive was given for a testimonial, appropriate disclosure will be provided in accordance with law.
15. Website Availability
The Website and the digital services are provided as is and according to their availability.
Interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, malfunction, a security event, a failure at an external provider or force majeure.
The Operator does not undertake continuous availability or compatibility with every device and browser, but will act reasonably to address malfunctions within its control.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damage, loss of profit, loss of opportunity or loss of information caused by reliance on general information on the Website, improper use or a malfunction outside its reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms exempts the Operator from liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability arising from an intentional act, a misleading representation or a mandatory obligation.
Liability with respect to a paid professional service will be determined under the service agreement and applicable law.
17. Indemnification for Prohibited Use
A user who made unlawful use of the Website or knowingly infringed the rights of a third party will be responsible for the direct and reasonable damage caused as a result of the breach, subject to law and to a ruling of a competent tribunal.
18. Privacy and Accessibility
The use of personal information is subject to the Website's Privacy Policy.
Information about accessibility adjustments and contact channels appears in the Accessibility Statement.
The Privacy Policy and the Accessibility Statement form part of the Website's documents.
19. Minor Users
The business services on the Website are intended primarily for people aged 18 and over.
A minor may read general content, but scheduling a meeting, providing personal information or entering a paid engagement should be done with the knowledge of a parent or guardian and in accordance with law.
20. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms derogates from a consumer right, a cancellation right, a disclosure obligation or a remedy that cannot be contracted out of under Israeli law.
If in the future it becomes possible to purchase a service or pay directly on the Website, dedicated purchase and cancellation terms will also apply and will be presented before completing the transaction.
21. Changes to the Terms
The Operator may update these Terms following changes to the Website, the services or the law.
The updated version applies from its date of publication. A material change will not apply retroactively to a service already purchased, unless the law or the agreement allows it.
22. Governing Law, Jurisdiction and Languages
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
A dispute will be heard by the competent court according to law. To the extent a venue may be determined, the venue will be in the Southern District of Israel.
The Terms are published in Hebrew, English and Russian. In the event of a contradiction, the Hebrew version prevails, subject to legal provisions that cannot be contracted out of.
